Brooklyn Heights home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Brooklyn Heights fell by $36,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 22.2% decrease over the $165,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Brooklyn Heights in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,900, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
