Seven Hills home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Seven Hills rose by $3,500 while total sales increased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $165,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Seven Hills in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
