Cincinnati home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Cincinnati rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 1,118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 3.6% increase over the $125,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,238 homes sold in Cincinnati in the third quarter of 2018.
