Northgate home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Northgate rose by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,000 - a 19.1% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Northgate in the third quarter of 2018.
