Monfort Heights South home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Monfort Heights South fell by $3,100 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,900 - a 2.2% decrease over the $138,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the third quarter of 2018.
