Colerain Township home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Colerain Township fell by $5,750 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 4% decrease over the $144,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Colerain Township in the third quarter of 2018.
