Valley View home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Valley View rose by $148,000 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,000 - a 134.5% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Valley View in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
