Moreland Hills home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Moreland Hills rose by $33,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $439,500 - a 8.3% increase over the $406,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Moreland Hills in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Moreland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $10,941, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
