Harrison home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Harrison fell by $8,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 65 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $168,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Harrison in the third quarter of 2018, as well.
