Miami Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Miami Township rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 38.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,500 - a 2.8% increase over the $217,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Miami Township in the third quarter of 2018.
