Indian Hill home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Indian Hill rose by $225,000 while total sales decreased by 37.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,125,000 - a 25% increase over the $900,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Indian Hill in the third quarter of 2018.
