Wellington home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Wellington rose by $550 while total sales increased by 39.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 0.4% increase over the $143,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Wellington in the third quarter of 2018.
