Oberlin home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Oberlin rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,500 - a 18.7% increase over the $144,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Oberlin in the third quarter of 2018.
