Lemon Township home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Lemon Township fell by $2,231 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $6,000 - a 27.1% decrease over the $8,231 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lemon Township in the fourth quarter of 2018.
