Madison Township home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Madison Township fell by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 9.6% decrease over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Madison Township in the fourth quarter of 2018.
