Wayne home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Wayne rose by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,500 - a 7% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Wayne in the fourth quarter of 2018.
