Oxford home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Oxford rose by $45,500 while total sales increased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,500 - a 29.5% increase over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Oxford in the fourth quarter of 2018.
