Milford home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Milford rose by $73,650 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 47.1% increase over the $156,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Milford in the fourth quarter of 2018.
