Franklin home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Franklin rose by $6,550 while total sales decreased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 108 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $128,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Franklin in the fourth quarter of 2018.
