Pleasant Plain home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Pleasant Plain fell by $122,500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,500 - a 41.5% decrease over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the fourth quarter of 2018.
