Hunter home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Hunter rose by $86,750 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 62.7% increase over the $138,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hunter in the fourth quarter of 2018.
