Deerfield Township home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Deerfield Township rose by $9,900 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $279,900 - a 3.7% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Deerfield Township in the fourth quarter of 2018.
