Five Points home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Five Points rose by $4,900 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,900 - a 1.7% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Five Points in the fourth quarter of 2018.
