Loveland Park (Warren County) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Loveland Park in Warren County fell by $35,388 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,250 - a 26.9% decrease over the $131,638 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Loveland Park in the third quarter of 2018.
