Middletown home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Middletown rose by $14,500 while total sales increased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 231 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $82,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 221 homes sold in Middletown in the third quarter of 2018.
