Franklin home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Franklin rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 12.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Franklin in the third quarter of 2018.
