Hunter home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Hunter rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 1.8% increase over the $136,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Hunter in the third quarter of 2018.
