Carlisle home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Carlisle rose by $29,250 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 23.4% increase over the $124,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Carlisle in the third quarter of 2018.
