South Lebanon home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in South Lebanon rose by $89,000 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 77.4% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in South Lebanon in the third quarter of 2018.
