Lebanon home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Lebanon rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 142 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 10.1% increase over the $193,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 160 homes sold in Lebanon in the third quarter of 2018.
