Mason home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Mason rose by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 10.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $213,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 192 homes sold in Mason in the third quarter of 2018.
