Waynesville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Waynesville rose by $94,600 while total sales increased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,500 - a 49.8% increase over the $189,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Waynesville in the third quarter of 2018.
