Deerfield Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Deerfield Township rose by $3,650 while total sales decreased by 11%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,900 - a 1.2% increase over the $292,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Deerfield Township in the third quarter of 2018.
