Hunter home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Hunter fell by $9,450 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,500 - a 6.6% decrease over the $142,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Hunter in the second quarter of 2018.
