Deerfield Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Deerfield Township rose by $73,300 while total sales increased by 657.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,300 - a 33.5% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Deerfield Township in the first quarter of 2018.
