Madison Township home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Madison Township fell by $9,950 while total sales increased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $176,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Madison Township in the third quarter of 2018.
