Monroe home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Monroe rose by $9,700 while total sales remained unchanged with 49 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,200 - a 5.3% increase over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Monroe in the third quarter of 2018, as well.
