Ross home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Ross fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 10.6% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Ross in the third quarter of 2018.
