Oxford home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Oxford fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 3.9% decrease over the $218,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Oxford in the third quarter of 2018.
