Liberty Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Liberty Township rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 182 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 189 homes sold in Liberty Township in the third quarter of 2018.
