Independence home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Independence fell by $75,450 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 31% decrease over the $243,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Independence in December 2018.
