Bedford Heights home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Bedford Heights fell by $43,400 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,000 - a 40.8% decrease over the $106,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bedford Heights in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 5% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
