Euclid home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Euclid rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 42.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,500 - a 20.8% increase over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Euclid in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
