South Euclid home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in South Euclid rose by $4,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,500 - a 4.7% increase over the $90,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in South Euclid in November 2018.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
