Olmsted Township home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Olmsted Township fell by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,500 - a 28% decrease over the $203,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Olmsted Township in November 2018.
