Westlake home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Westlake rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 49%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $204,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Westlake in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,148, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
