Highland Heights home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Highland Heights rose by $103,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $321,250 - a 47.5% increase over the $217,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Highland Heights in November 2018.
