Independence home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Independence fell by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,000 - a 13.5% decrease over the $274,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Independence in October 2018.
