Bedford home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Bedford fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,000 - a 9.9% decrease over the $75,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Bedford in September 2018.
