Parma home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Parma rose by $7,250 while total sales decreased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $111,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 126 homes sold in Parma in September 2018.
